Monday's Menu



Let's face it...life gets busy sometimes. I'm in one of those times right now. Because of that I have let my menu planning fall by the wayside. Sadly that means my budget has also fallen by the wayside. It's hard to not go out and eat or run to the grocery store every couple days when you don't have a plan. This week I am jumping back in and getting a solid menu planned out. I also have plans to do some baking this week so I can have grab and go snacks, easy breakfasts, and some not-quite-as-bad-as-store-bought sweets.

Breakfast~
1.cereal
2.apple cinnamon oatmeal
3.apple muffins, boiled eggs, cantaloupe
4.malt-o-meal, bacon
5.cereal
6.waffles, turkey bacon
7.egg, sausage, potato burritos

Lunch~
1.sandwiches, chips
2.tilapia, brown rice, salad
3.ham & cheese pockets, carrots/cucumbers, ranch
4.pasta w/marinara, broccoli
5.roasted chicken breast, mashed potatoes, green beans, rolls
6.chicken nachos
7.srevotfel

Dinner~
1.shrimp & pasta w/creamy white sauce, salad, cheesy italian bread
2.roasted chicken legs with potatoes/carrots/onions, green beans, bread
3.tacos, beans, rice
4.beans with ground beef and jalapenos, tortillas
5.Texas spaghetti, salad, garlic toast
6.chili dogs, veggie sticks, chips
7.eat out

Snacks~
1.spicy popcorn, jello
2.applesauce, graham crackers
3.pb&banana smoothie
4.pudding, vanilla wafers
5.boiled eggs, apple slices, peanut butter
6.pb&j, pretzels
7.pizza balls

  1. You know you might try just checking off your grocery list when you go to the store and then keep it and file it away and when you don't want to make another menu you can just pull out an old one from a few weeks back! <3 u!
