Monday's Menu

Good Monday morning to you!  I hope this day finds you well and that you are looking forward to a blessed week!

Having a menu ready to go on Monday always makes my week a little easier.  If you don't currently menu plan I would encourage you to do so.  It really takes a lot of stress away that so easily comes around at about 5:00 every day.  You don't have to know what you are having for breakfast, lunch, and dinner for each specific day.  Usually it's enough stress reliever to just have a list of possible meals to glance at in the morning.  Then you can take the meat out of the freezer and have a better grip on dinner.

Here's what's on the list for us this week~

Breakfasts~cereal, waffles, oatmeal, burritos, boiled eggs

Lunches~ sandwiches, spaghetti, bean burritos, leftovers

  1. hamburger gravy, mashed potatoes, green beans
  2. beef and potato spring rolls, rice, salad (this will be an experiment.  I will be sure to share the recipe if it turns out well.)
  3. roasted chicken breast, sauteed veggies, mashed potatoes
  4. chicken and rice soup
  5. chicken nuggets, green beans with squash, rice pilaf
  6. seared pork chops, sauteed mushrooms, mac & cheese
  7. beef stew, cornbread
